The post of Senior Research Fellow (SRF) offers one vacancy with a monthly salary of ₹37,000 plus HRA. The maximum age limit is 35 years for men and 40 years for women as on the date of interview. The walk-in interview will be held on 27 April 2026 at 10:30 AM.
Candidates must have a Master’s Degree, M.Tech, or Ph.D in relevant fields such as Agriculture, GIS, Computer Science, Environmental Science, or related disciplines. Preference will be given to candidates with knowledge of GIS, Remote Sensing, and programming skills.
The selected candidate will be responsible for data collection, data analysis using software tools, and preparation of project reports. The position is purely temporary and project-based.

The Young Professional-I position offers one vacancy with a consolidated salary of ₹30,000 per month. Candidates aged between 21 and 45 years can attend the walk-in interview on 27 April 2026 at 2:30 PM. Applicants must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture, Botany, or Zoology. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in research institutes, field experiments, and knowledge of IT tools. Essential Qualification :
- Matric with + 2 Vocational in agriculture related subject.
- Matric with two years of working experience in agriculture related field.

The Field Worker post offers 2 vacancies under the ICAR CRRI project with a consolidated salary of ₹18,797 per month. Candidates aged between 18 and 50 years can attend the walk-in interview on 29 April 2026 at 10:30 AM. Applicants must have passed Matric with +2 vocational qualification in agriculture or Matric with two years of experience in an agriculture-related field. Candidates must possess any one of the required qualifications. The position is temporary and project-based.

- These positions are temporary and linked to the project duration. The appointment will automatically end once the project is completed or the specified period is over. Selected candidates will not have any claim for permanent employment in ICAR/CRRI. Age relaxation will be provided to SC, ST, and OBC candidates as per Government of India rules.

Interested candidates must attend the walk-in interview with a recent passport-size photograph, original certificates (from matric onwards), along with photocopies and relevant experience certificates. A filled biodata form (downloaded from the official website) should also be submitted during document verification.
